Inspaired by nature

Why nature is a never-ending source of inspiration for my artwork, all of my paintings take their visual cure from nature as the source of energy. Nature is within us and all around us and encompasses many things. I am deeply inspired by the natural environment, landscape, and people around me which I see as a social and cultural landscape.

In the picture below you can see how I used the gifts of plants and passing seasons to enhance my palette color and catch the beauty of passing the time, the imperfection of falling roses, and the dynamic created by contrasting light and shadows. To start with, I explored a small circle of roses garden in a botanic garden and the art process connects me to something deeper within me. When we think about it, it is the mind which gives meaning to art.
