The most adaptable colours for walls The way to blue

Fromm the last post you know that blue comes in multitudes of shades, they are the most adaptable colours for walls, altho you may choose to warm them up by mixing them or introduce contrast.

Deep marine

Shades that veer towards deep turquoise and marine blue are a bold choice and they need careful handling. If you go for deep marine carpet, look for examples and couch look for more inspirations hire it  would benefit from white tones blind in suitable blue-green shades. If you choose deep marine wall color then natural wool carpet and elegant rattan or wood furniture, would create a simple and contemporary feel.

Lilic tones

Blues containing lilac tones work well in bedrooms and intimate living rooms. I would suggest choosing warm tones if the room has limited daylight to avoid depressing feelings over time. Alternatively use it as color for pillows and cozy blankets on creamy couches. For example of nice creamy couches and pillows accessories look hire. It will simply enhance your space because accessories with harmonious shades and sost textures such as recommended by me are silk cushions, pillows and Kashmir wool blanket.

Midnight blues

As much as black, indigo, dark blues absorb light. That may be very demanding and challenging to use. That may me think that midnight blues are nice material for creative interior designers as they need the right settings to come into their own. Be sure to remember never use them on all four walls, unless you like the oppressive effect in your room. On the other hand, you can try a deep blue or navy shade if you have a room that is flooded with sunlight and you want to add a more intimate atmosphere. For better effect, combine them with pale blues, turquoise and crisp white or cream. Include plenty of reflexive surfaces such as silver and mirrored finishes on furniture and accessories. Foe more inspiration see hire.

Leave a comment if you agree with me that blue offers shades to suit almost any room and create our favourite decorating themes, nautical bathrooms to the classic blue and white chek found in country schemes.
